All movement is good movement!
No matter where you are at in regards to your fitness level, we can create a workout and worship plan that meets you exactly where you are right now. Just as Jesus comes to meet each of us where we are at, we can do the same with your workouts.
We move our good, good bodies in joy with the strength and help that comes from The LORD.
Corinthians 3:16-17 tells us that we are to take care of these bodies God has blessed us with. ~ Or do you not know that your body is a temple of The Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.
We are meant to include God in all we do and that includes how we take care of our temples. We can honor God by honoring and caring for the “temple” He entrusted us to care for during our time here on earth. When we bring Christ into our workouts, we let go of the things that can turn exercise and body image into idolatry. We move our bodies in appreciation for all He has done for us. We give the glory to Him and praise Him for the health and movement we do have at whatever point in our life we are at.
As a Revelation Wellness Instructor, I can help you start where you are in your fitness journey and get that body moving. I can also lead groups so you can get your girls together and we can workout at a level you are comfortable with. Your workouts will include The WORD of God weaved in throughout from start to finish so you will leave feeling revived and refreshed in His love for you.
